Terms of Use
Terms for using the Lux Dental Clinic Portal
Last updated 1 August 2026
Acceptance
By signing in to or using the Lux Dental Clinic Portal (the “Portal”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.
Who may use the Portal
Access is limited to authorized clinic staff, administrators, and registered patients (or their authorized representatives) with active accounts. You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share them.
Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Use the Portal only for lawful clinic and care-related purposes
- Provide accurate information and update it when it changes
- Respect patient confidentiality and applicable professional duties
- Refrain from attempting to bypass security, access others’ data without authorization, disrupt the service, or misuse automated access
We may suspend or revoke access for suspected misuse, security risk, or inactive/deactivated accounts.
Health information
The Portal may display health and billing information. It supports clinic operations and patient self-service; it is not a substitute for emergency care. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or the clinic’s published emergency number.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the clinic updates workflows and systems.
Intellectual property
Portal software, branding, and content (other than your submitted records) remain the property of the clinic or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Portal except as allowed by law or written permission.
Disclaimer
The Portal is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the clinic disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a separate written agreement with you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the clinic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Portal use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limits are prohibited).
Privacy
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, including session cookies required for authentication.
Governing considerations
These terms are intended for use with Lux Dental Clinic’s Portal operations. Mandatory local consumer, patient, and privacy rights remain unaffected. Disputes should first be raised with clinic administration.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be directed through the contact details on the public site or clinic administration.
